- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Add in the brewed Thai tea slowly while stirring.
- Incorporate the mini marshmallows, mixing until completely melted.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies gently until all the cereal is coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and press evenly.
- Slice into squares after cooling for about 30 minutes.
