Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and quick oats. Mix until blended.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Optionally, roll finished balls in cacao powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
For variety, add cinnamon or vanilla extract, and mix in mini chocolate chips or dried fruits.
