Delicious Air Fryer Blueberry Donuts made with fresh blueberries for a light, fluffy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease your donut pan with cooking spray.
- Fill each mold in your donut pan about halfway.
- Place the filled pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the donuts cool, then enjoy them warm with coffee or tea.
Notes
You can glaze them with powdered sugar and milk or dust them with powdered sugar for an added touch.
