Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full, and top with sliced almonds or chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before enjoying.
