Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kale by washing thoroughly, removing tough stems, and tearing into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Reserve a teaspoon of drippings if desired.
  3. Slice the apples, leaving the skin on for added nutrients.
  4. Mix kale, bacon, apples, cranberries, and nuts in a large bowl.
  5. Prepare the dressing by whisking olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and reserved bacon drippings.
