Description
Delicious bites filled with savory ground beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crispy
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar, American, or a blend)
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: herbs like parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the pan.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, cooking until browned.
- Mix in the crispy bacon, breaking it into small pieces.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch perforated lines to create a solid piece.
- Cut the dough into 3-inch squares; place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center, add cheese, and fold over to seal.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Ensure bacon is crispy for better texture. Do not overfill the dough to prevent bursting while baking.
