Description

Delicious bites filled with savory ground beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, American, or a blend)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: herbs like parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the pan.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, cooking until browned.
  4. Mix in the crispy bacon, breaking it into small pieces.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch perforated lines to create a solid piece.
  6. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares; place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center, add cheese, and fold over to seal.
  7. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure bacon is crispy for better texture. Do not overfill the dough to prevent bursting while baking.
