Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the dates open lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. Stuff each date with goat cheese.
  4. Wrap a slice of bacon around each stuffed date, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place wrapped dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle honey over them.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese begins to ooze.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a variation, try prosciutto instead of bacon or feta instead of goat cheese.
