- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the dates open lengthwise and remove the pits.
- Stuff each date with goat cheese.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each stuffed date, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
- Place wrapped dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle honey over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese begins to ooze.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
