A warm, creamy Baked Brie topped with homemade cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and holiday celebrations.

- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Crackers or baguette slices
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, honey, brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally, slice the top of the cheese in a crisscross pattern.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce generously over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs or nuts on top if using.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then serve with fresh fruit, crackers, or bread.
Notes
Watch the Brie closely towards the end of baking to avoid overcooking.
