Description

A warm, creamy Baked Brie topped with homemade cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Crackers or baguette slices
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, honey, brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally, slice the top of the cheese in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Spoon the cranberry sauce generously over the top of the Brie.
  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs or nuts on top if using.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melty.
  6. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then serve with fresh fruit, crackers, or bread.

Notes

Watch the Brie closely towards the end of baking to avoid overcooking.
