- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 sheet puff pastry or phyllo dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wheel of Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut off the top rind if desired.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the Brie, allowing it to pool at the edges.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans and fresh herbs over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the Brie is gooey and warm.
- Drizzle with honey and let rest before serving.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or apple slices.
