A warm and creamy appetizer featuring baked Brie cheese topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 whole wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or phyllo dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wheel of Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut off the top rind if desired.
  3. Spoon cranberry sauce over the Brie, allowing it to pool at the edges.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans and fresh herbs over the cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the Brie is gooey and warm.
  6. Drizzle with honey and let rest before serving.
  7. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or apple slices.

Notes

Keep an eye on the Brie while baking to ensure it doesn’t overbake. Serve warm for the best experience.
