Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry and place them in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and toss to coat.
- Mix the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in another bowl until smooth.
- Arrange the drumsticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Allow the chicken to rest briefly before serving with the yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
