- Crackers or Bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cranberries by rinsing and draining them if fresh, or setting aside if using canned.
- Mix the cream cheese and minced garlic in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add in the chopped thyme or rosemary, stirring gently.
- Combine the cranberries, cheddar cheese, and nuts if using, mixing until incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Serve warm with fresh bread or assorted crackers.
