Ingredients
- Turkey wings
- Fresh cranberries
- Pomegranate juice
- Honey
- Garlic, minced
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh rosemary

- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cranberries, pomegranate juice, honey, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey wings in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry-pomegranate mixture over them, ensuring each wing is well coated.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- After an hour, remove the foil and let the wings roast for an additional 30 minutes, basting them with the juices every 10 minutes.
- Once golden and sizzling, remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup. Orange juice can be used instead of pomegranate juice for a different twist. Dried herbs can be substituted for fresh, but use less as they are more potent.
