Ingredients

  • ½ cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup funfetti sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; whisk until creamy.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently fold together; do not over-mix.
  5. Fold in the sprinkles gently.
  6. Spoon batter into the greased donut pan, filling each mold two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
