- ½ cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup funfetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; whisk until creamy.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently fold together; do not over-mix.
- Fold in the sprinkles gently.
- Spoon batter into the greased donut pan, filling each mold two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve with more sprinkles or a light glaze if desired.
Notes
For egg-free, use flaxseed meal mixed with water. For a dairy-free version, substitute almond milk and yogurt.
