Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over, massaging it into the chicken.
