Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
- Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Fill the center of each pear half with goat cheese.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries over the goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey over each pear half.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender and cheese is golden.
