A comforting and elegant dish of baked salmon topped with a rich lemon butter cream sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Juice of 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Fresh Dill, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  3. Season the fillets generously with salt and pepper and add fresh herbs if desired.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until simmering, then add lemon juice and herbs, cooking until slightly thickened.
  7. Plate the baked salmon and drizzle the lemon butter cream sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices or fresh herbs as desired.

Notes

For a lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Pair with sides like herbed quinoa or a fresh salad.
