Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Season the fillets generously with salt and pepper and add fresh herbs if desired.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
