- 4 salmon fillets (preferably wild-caught)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a garlic-herb mixture.
- Spread the garlic-herb mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with extra lemon juice and fresh herbs if desired.
