Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
  3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a garlic-herb mixture.
  4. Spread the garlic-herb mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra lemon juice and fresh herbs if desired.
