Delicious Bakery-Style Oreo Muffins made with a rich chocolatey base and chunks of Oreos for a delightful treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
- 1 cup Oreos, broken into chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.
- Gradually blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in Oreo chunks, reserving some for topping.
- Scoop the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full, and top with remaining Oreos.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm with a splash of cold milk for a delightful treat.
