A delightful fusion of banana split flavors and luscious ice cream cake, perfect for summer gatherings and family celebrations.

Ingredients

  • Ice Cream (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and/or banana)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the graham crackers or cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Layer the ice cream by scooping your chosen flavors onto the crust, gently spreading each layer.
  3. Slice ripe bananas and layer them on top of the ice cream.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate or fudge sauce.
  5. Top with whipped cream and add additional drizzles of sauce and nuts if desired.
  6. Cover and freeze for several hours or overnight.
  7. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and let sit for a few minutes before slicing. Add extra toppings if desired.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cookies for the crust. For a dairy-free option, replace whipped cream with whipped coconut cream.
