- 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions
- Marinate the beef by slicing it into thin strips, tossing with soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, drain, and set aside with a drizzle of oil.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat; sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef and brown on all sides for 5-7 minutes.
- Add vegetables and sauté until soft.
- Pour in beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked noodles, ensuring they are well-coated in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime if desired.
