Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef by slicing it into thin strips, tossing with soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, drain, and set aside with a drizzle of oil.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat; sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated beef and brown on all sides for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables and sauté until soft.
  6. Pour in beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.
