- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Prepare the turkey by laying it flat and slicing it in half horizontally, then pound it to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make the filling by sautéing chopped mushrooms in olive oil for 5-7 minutes, then adding garlic, herbs, and dried cherries. Mix in cream cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Roll the turkey tightly with the filling, securing it with kitchen twine.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing to let juices redistribute.
