  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment and grease.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cardamom, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix together olive oil and sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy.
