Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Stir in tomato sauce and roasted red peppers; let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
