Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, then gently fold in blueberries.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a dollop of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Place filled rolls on the baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
