  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, then gently fold in blueberries.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon a dollop of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  5. Place filled rolls on the baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
