Instructions
- Prepare your container: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together until blended.
- Fold in the blueberries gently with a spatula.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the yogurt mixture until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Slice into bricks or wedges to serve.
