  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in a skillet until softened.
  3. Combine ground meat, sautéed onions, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, bread crumbs, raisins, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
