Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the onions and garlic in a skillet until softened.
- Combine ground meat, sautéed onions, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, bread crumbs, raisins, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Whisk together eggs and milk, then pour over meatballs and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
