Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine cherries with brandy in a bowl and let macerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Gently fold the cherry mixture into the cream base.
