- Crispy bacon or sausage patties
- Cream cheese, cheddar, or pepper jack cheese

- Spread (mayonnaise, avocado, or pesto)
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and toast them until golden brown.
- In a non-stick skillet, scramble or fry your eggs to your liking, adding cream or milk for extra fluffiness if desired.
- Cook your bacon or sausage until crispy. If using, sauté mushrooms in olive oil until golden.
- Spread cream cheese or avocado on one half of the bagel. Layer with cooked eggs, chosen protein, and fresh herbs. Add cheese if desired.
