  • 1 lb Beef (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: 1 cup Sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Chop garlic and slice mushrooms; set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, watching for it to turn golden brown.
  3. Sear the beef slices for 3–4 minutes on each side until crusty.
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
  5. Sprinkle in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper; add Worcestershire sauce if desired.
  6. Serve warm over grains or with vegetable sides.

Notes

Let the beef rest before slicing to retain moisture. Avoid overcrowding the pan while searing.
