Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop garlic and slice mushrooms; set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, watching for it to turn golden brown.
- Sear the beef slices for 3–4 minutes on each side until crusty.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
- Sprinkle in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper; add Worcestershire sauce if desired.
- Serve warm over grains or with vegetable sides.
