- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the cocoa powder.
- Add sugar and mix until combined; incorporate each egg one at a time, followed by flour and chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and vanilla. Mix in sour cream and eggs one at a time.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie. Swirl slightly for artistic effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set yet slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
