Description
A delightful fusion of buffalo chicken dip wrapped in crispy egg rolls, perfect for game days and gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella mix)
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine your shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix well until creamy.
- Fill the wrappers: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold the bottom over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
- Fry the egg rolls: In a deep skillet, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium-high heat. Carefully place the egg rolls in batches, frying until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain and serve: Remove the egg rolls from the oil and set them on paper towels. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like blue cheese or ranch.
Notes
For a healthier option, these can be air-fried instead of deep-fried.
