Description

A delightful fusion of buffalo chicken dip wrapped in crispy egg rolls, perfect for game days and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella mix)
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine your shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix well until creamy.
  2. Fill the wrappers: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold the bottom over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  3. Fry the egg rolls: In a deep skillet, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium-high heat. Carefully place the egg rolls in batches, frying until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Drain and serve: Remove the egg rolls from the oil and set them on paper towels. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like blue cheese or ranch.

Notes

For a healthier option, these can be air-fried instead of deep-fried.
