Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy cream gradually and mix until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla and salt.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes until the top is browned.
  8. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, let it cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar to avoid deflation.
