- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream gradually and mix until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes until the top is browned.
- Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, let it cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar to avoid deflation.
