Description

A nostalgic pie combining creamy peanut butter filling with crunchy Butterfinger bars, topped with whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 23 Butterfinger bars, crushed
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by either buying a pre-made graham cracker crust or making your own from 10 crushed graham crackers mixed with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  4. Carefully fold in crushed Butterfinger bars, reserving some for topping.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Just before serving, add more whipped topping and sprinkle remaining Butterfinger on top.
  8. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Chilling the pie for longer will enhance the flavors.
