- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Sauté the aromatics – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the beef – Push the veggies aside and add ground beef, breaking it up. Sprinkle in Cajun seasoning and cook until browned.
- Incorporate mushrooms – Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Mix in cream cheese and heavy cream – Lower the heat, add cream cheese, then gradually pour in heavy cream; stir until smooth.
- Introduce cheese – Stir in Parmesan and cheddar, allowing them to melt into the sauce.
- Toss in cooked pasta – Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and combine with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot – Garnish with parsley and serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
