- 4 skin-on salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub Cajun seasoning all over the salmon fillets and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in honey and lemon juice until combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes without moving them.
- Carefully flip the fillets and pour the honey butter mixture over them, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm.
