Description

Deliciously flaky pastry filled with creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy candied pecans, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the pastry into 3-inch squares and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place a slice of brie in the center of each square, top with dried cranberries and candied pecans.
  5. Drizzle honey over the filling.
  6. Fold the corners of the dough toward the center and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Avoid overstuffing the bites to prevent spillage. Chill pastry if it gets too warm during preparation.
