- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into slices
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup candied pecans
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the pastry into 3-inch squares and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place a slice of brie in the center of each square, top with dried cranberries and candied pecans.
- Drizzle honey over the filling.
- Fold the corners of the dough toward the center and pinch to seal.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Avoid overstuffing the bites to prevent spillage. Chill pastry if it gets too warm during preparation.
