  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a bit of sugar. Press into mini muffin cups.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until creamy.
