Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar and heavy cream, then add eggs one at a time. Fold in cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Peel and slice apples, sauté in a skillet with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until caramelized; cool.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, add sautéed apples, and top with remaining filling.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set; let it cool in the oven for an hour.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, then serve with caramel sauce.
