Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. If making dough from scratch, mix ingredients until smooth, then let rise for 30 minutes.
- Punch down the dough, divide into bite-sized pieces, and shape into pretzel forms.
- Dissolve baking soda in boiling water for a bath; boil pretzel bites for about 30 seconds.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, drizzle warm caramel over bites, and top with apple cubes.
