- 1 cup Mushrooms, diced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1 teaspoon Thyme, fresh
- A pinch of Red pepper flakes
- Phyllo dough or pastry sheets
- Butter or oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the vegetables by dicing them. Sauté mushrooms in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
- Make the filling by mixing sautéed vegetables, cheeses, garlic, and herbs in a large bowl.
- Wrap the mixture in phyllo dough, sealing the edges and brushing the tops with butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
