- 1 package store-bought pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Coarse sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly-floured surface to about a ½-inch thickness.
- Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into strips, shaping them like bones.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic and herbs.
- Arrange the strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with garlic-herb butter.
- Sprinkle the strips with shredded cheese and a pinch of sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle more cheese on top during the last minute of baking.
