Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, spices, chopped onions, and garlic until just combined.
- Craft the bites by flattening a small amount of the mixture in your palm, placing a cheese cube in the center, and rolling it into a ball.
- Arrange the meatballs on a greased or lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bites for a nice finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
