Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix flour and salt, add butter until coarse crumbs form. Gradually add water until dough forms.
- Chill the Dough: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Combine cheese, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Form the Appetizers: Roll out dough, cut into circles, and place on a baking sheet.
