  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped and toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then add sour cream and vanilla extract; blend until creamy.
