- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce and cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Add more cheese for an extra cheesy layer if desired.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Cool for a few moments, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience or substitute pasta with cauliflower for a low-carb option.
