Description
A warm and comforting dish of oversized pasta shells stuffed with creamy chicken Alfredo filling, topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- Extra-large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the cooked chicken and combine.
- Mix in softened cream cheese and half of the Alfredo sauce until smooth.
- Fill each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed mushrooms or add spinach for extra nutrients.
