Description
A comforting and delicious casserole filled with chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and topped with tater tots.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 32 oz tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain excess grease.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese.
- Gently fold in the tater tots until coated.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Feel free to customize by adding sautéed vegetables or using different types of cheese.
