Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Ketchup or barbecue sauce for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
