Description

Delightful brownie bombs filled with gooey cookie dough, blending two classic treats into one irresistible dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cookie Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk until well blended. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake brownies according to package instructions (20-25 minutes), slightly underbaked for a gooey texture.
  3. While brownies bake, cream together softened butter and sugars in a separate bowl. Add vanilla and eggs, mix in flour and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Once brownies are done, let cool for a few minutes. Scoop out a small amount from the center to create a pocket and fill it with cookie dough. Seal with brownie mixture on top.
  5. Return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to set the cookie dough.
  6. Let cool completely, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free brownie mix. For dairy-free, substitute with plant-based butter and vegan chocolate chips.
