Ingredients

- 1 cup Protein Powder (whey, casein, or plant-based)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or oat/almond flour)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk (dairy, almond, or oat)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sweetener. Mix until blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold gently, leaving some lumps.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on a plate and serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing for light, fluffy pancakes. Adjust heat to prevent burning.
